All meals are under the hashgacha of the VAAD of Staten Island and the Volover Rov. Come to Dairy Palace for pizza, sushi rolls, low-carb dishes, seafood, and the most talked about ziti around.

Dairy Palace’s authentic Japanese sushi is prepared by our own sushi chef, Brian. Options of sushi rolls include a large selection of vegetable and fish rolls, combination rolls, and tempura rolls.

Dairy Palace offers an extensive menu of healthier options, from salads to vegetarian-friendly “meats” and lower calorie “weight control” dishes.

All dishes can be ordered in large to complete any family meal or can be packaged and double wrapped to accompany you on any vacation, assuring you a delicious, convenient hot meal anywhere, anytime. Dairy Palace is the perfect option for holidays, family events and corporate functions.

History

Established in 1986.

Opened since 1986 by owner Mark Weiss and his father, Jordan, Dairy Palace prides itself on offering a menu of such variety that anyone and everyone can find something to soothe their appetites. Today, Mark runs the restaurant himself now that his father is no longer here.

People often ask how it is possible to house not only a full dairy menu but a meat menu as well under the same roof. To most the answer is obvious, but to those still struggling, the answer is simple–there’s an eruv.

Mark remains committed to providing quality food for all communities in Staten Island.
